Our Guarantee At Maminas, every piece is handcrafted with love and care. We want you and your baby to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging.

Because our items are handmade, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made products unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at maminasbabyshop@gmail.com . We will make it right at no extra cost to you.

Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.
